Seeking individual with professional background and references to go the the Iredell County Courthouse in Statesville and use the public access computer terminal (there is a desk and a desk chair for you to use) and research courthouse data to compile a list matching certain criteria.

Training will take approximatley one hour, and after that courthouse staff can answer any ongoing questions. It's pretty straightforward. Pay is per completed record, $1.00 each for the first week (to compensate for slower learning speed, and encourage a high initial volume to get you used to it), and $0.75 each thereafter. $20/hr will be an easy target to hit, and your speed with the computer system (it's not Windows or Mac, proprietary courthouse system, very simple with on-screen prompts, and you'll essentially be doing the same thing to get each record).

Hours are completley up to you- since we're paying for completed records, it does not matter when or how long you go. The courthouse and the public access computers are open from 8am-5pm M-F. Work when you want, get paid the same day! Scan and email completed sheets, and within 8 business hours the money will be sent to you via Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, or your choice. Independent contractor position means taxes are not withheld from your pay, that is your responsibility.

Professional ("White Collar") experience and references required. It doesn't matter what it is, I just need to ensure courtesy and professionalism.
