This is a head from a 2006-2008 YFZ450. Will also fit the 04-05, but this is the later model port configuration.

Good:

-Matching cam caps
-Journals in good useable condition
-All threads are in good shape
-Valve guides are in great shape

Bad:

-The center intake bucket bore has been wallowed out a bit at the top. Should really be oversized to a 23mm bucket (22.5mm stock)
-The center intake valve seat has the smallest ding in it. Should have the seat re cut for proper sealing.
