•Chocolate Cherry•

Another new addition this year and only here for winter is Chocolate Cherry. Our classic chocolate cake with cherry preserves coated in chocolate and drizzled in red. This does have a subtle cherry flavor.

This flavor is only available until 3.1.24

•White Chocolate Peppermint•

Another white chocolate flavor! This one is our classic white cake with a white chocolate peppermint ganache and peppermint pieces inside and on top!

This flavor has returned this year for the holiday season, but it will be off the menu as of 3.1.24 so order it while you can!

•White Chocolate Cranberry•

New for the Winter 2023 menu, this flavor is perfect for the holidays.

White Chocolate Cranberry is our classic white cake with white chocolate and cranberry mixed in & topped with white chocolate pieces and crasins.

This flavor won’t last long! It leaves the menu along with our other winter flavors 3.1.24.

The holiday market is one of the only times we offer a full assortment of our flavors. This is because we bake all our current flavors. Outside of markets, we only make single flavor dozens & we sell only by the dozen (example : If you buy 3 dozen, you can get up to 3 flavors. They can be packaged by flavor or you could make each box an assortment of the 3 flavors.) We’ve had to change this due to adding our sweet baby boy to the family. He and my marriage are my first priority. 🥰

I figure it’s time to introduce the team!

I’m Cait and the main gal behind this whole bakery thing. That handsome guy beside me is Cal, cake ball rolling professional and my biggest supporter. The cute little guy in the middle is Zion, our newest addition. Currently he provides the musical entertainment for long baking days, but in the future he will for sure be a taste tester.

A little about Sweet Cait’s. While I’ve been making cake balls for years, In 2021, after a suggestion from my mom, I decided to try to actually sell our cake balls. I signed up for an event and the rest is history. We’ve participated in that same event for 3 years now and each year is better than the last.

Cake balls & pops aren’t our only offerings. We’ve perfected a family recipe for Fresh Apple Cake, we offer muffins, and various cookies. We’ve recently added freeze dried candy to our line up and plan to add many more freeze dried items in the future.

Our cake ball flavor list is currently sitting at around 23 or more and growing. We have a long list of permanent flavors and several fun seasonal flavors.

In December 2022, I was about 12 weeks pregnant with our IVF baby. We decided to not take orders after our Christmas Village event because of the holidays and a 2-3 week long Roadtrip in January. We planned to reopen in February 2023, but pregnancy had other ideas. In June 2023, we added the sweetest addition of our son, Zion, to the Sweet Cait’s team. Adjusting to life as a family of 3 was more important than trying to open back up. So we didn’t.

We did decide to do the Christmas Village market again this year and it was a great way to kick off that we are officially open again!

I’ll be sharing all about our current flavor menu in the coming days including our newest flavors some of which will be permanent additions while others will be seasonal.

We are currently taking a few orders for the holiday season. Message me to see if we have availability for your next party, gathering, shindig, or night on the couch.

Happy Monday! Kicking off Monday with some sprinkles over here! Our Sprinkles cake balls, complete with sprinkles inside, are a great addition to birthday parties or any other celebration! It is a classic “birthday cake” with vanilla cake inside. The sprinkles can be the classic rainbow sprinkles or we can try to accommodate a color theme for you!

It’s been a while, but we are gearing up for the holiday season! We’ve got 3 dozen Salted Caramel Brownie cake balls going out the door today! We will be releasing our fall menu soon! Pumpkin Roll will be making a come back this year!

These cute little Easter version of our Birthday Cake flavor went out the door this morning in an order of 2 dozen assorted flavors! Thank you Brigid for your order!

Mother’s Day is just around the corner and we’ve got some special sprinkles for a Mother’s Day version of our Birthday Cake flavor! Order cut off for local pick up and delivery is May 1st.

If there is interest in a graduation cake ball, please let me know and I can make that happen too!

Our trip to Utah for the holidays is over and we are back in the kitchen! That’s right! We are officially open for 2022!

I’ll share our current menu soon, but we are looking to fill up our calendar with special orders just for you!

We are asking for at minimum a 1 week notice on orders because we are currently in our 4th round of IVF. We are also only accepting orders local to the Chattanooga, TN area at this time.

We are looking forward to helping make your life just a little more sweet in 2022!

The last of the orders for this year are headed out the door. 9 dozen chocolate, 1 dozen butter pecan, and 1 dozen chocolate covered strawberry finished out our year!

Hey there 𝑆𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑡 𝐹𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑠!

We are Cait & Cal! Married 11 years and it sure has been sweet! I have been baking sweets for as long as I can remember, longer than I’ve been married to Cal. I’ve done everything from cakes & cupcakes to cookies & pies & more. After meeting my husband, I was introduced to cake balls. Fun fact, we had them at our wedding. Swipe to see that😍! I’ve made them on and off for years and people always loved them.

In 2020, after a little over 2 years of struggling to have a child, we went to the doctor to figure out what’s going on. We ended up needing to see a specialist and in early 2021 we started the process of IVF. Throughout the year, we have gone through 3 rounds of IVF, 5 invasive procedures, 1 surgery, and more injections than I can count. Through this we have spent quite a bit because our insurance doesn’t cover any of it.

After some encouragement from my mom and friends, I signed up for a Christmas market at Abba’s House to sell cake balls to help cover the cost of our fertility journey. We were overwhelmed by the response! After so many inquiries, we decided to create social media pages so it’s easier for people to get in touch with me to order.
