One Park Place is complete!
The new headquarters for EMJ and Equitas Management Group is a complete renovation of the 57,000-square-foot office building, originally built by EMJ in 1984 and now updated by EMJ almost 40 years later!
The new look includes a sleek black exterior, updated atrium, modern offices and conference rooms, a walk-out balcony, and more.
The first floor hosts additional medical, legal, and financial tenants. Currently, One Park Place is 100% leased and is buzzing with employees and clients.
Equitas is thankful to have partnered with HK Architects and EMJ on this project and believes this building will set a new standard for office space in the Chattanooga MSA.

Construction is underway! One Park Place, originally built in 1984 and home to over 57,000 square feet of office space, is located across from Sam’s Club on Lee Highway with easy access to nearby Chattanooga airport. Demolition of the 2nd and 3rd floors is nearly completed.
The project will feature a new exterior façade, interior lobby lighting, flooring and furnishings, as well as an outdoor seating area for tenants to enjoy natural light and fresh air throughout their work day.
