The Office of Family Empowerment will be kicking off the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, (LIHEAP) program year next week with the annual drive-through event at Midtown. The event will take place in the front parking lot beginning Tuesday, October 1 and ending Friday, October 4 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm each day. The Midtown City Hall Campus is located at 6098 Debra Road.
