Remodel completed….

First apt remodel completed.
Great teamwork to get it done in 7 days. Here’s just the kitchen……

Apt. Remodels underway.
Removed the old countertops/bartop and refinished the cabinets.
New Cortez tops being installed Wednesday! Then new baseboards, flooring color and Fixtures.

Soft washed this historic building.
Turned out perfect.
Another happy customer.

Signs, signs and more signs…

Apt turn/remodel:
Removed the countertops. Lightly sanded the kitchen cabinets. Then cleaned and painted the kitchen cabinets.
Wish I took pictures of the cabinets before. They were the old Woodstock color.

Concrete stained the floors in this apartment.

Got this retail space all ready for the next tenant taking it over next week.

Built and installed more signs.

Plumbers installed a hot water heater. Then ran new lines.
I appreciate the plumbers cutting out the drywall nicely so I could patch it back in.

Patched and painted a few walls in this office.

Painted the walls in a conference room for KW.

Turned this apartment:
Full repaint, repaired and installed new flooring, installed a new vanity and toilet, repaired the floor and added supports.

Built and installed a couple mailboxes and posts for rentals.

Added safety netting to protect elevator crew working on lower floor.

Built some OSHA APPROVED safety rails to cover the elevator openings on this new 3 story building.

Water heater problems.
How in the heck did they even hook this up with 6 inches clearance🤔

Pumped out a water supply pit that had a bad sump pump. Then replaced the sump pump.
