This week’s Rapid Rec! Get ready to hear me say “It’s the perfect summer read!” a lot because there are SO MANY awesome books releasing this summer!

CELEBRATE PRIDE with one of these fiction titles! These titles are written by LGBTQIA+ authors and feature stories about LGBTQIA+ individuals. Reading helps create empathy for folks with different lived experiences than ours, so be sure to read broadly! These books will have you side eyeing your neighbors and questioning your spouse’s motives. The settings and characters will be familiar, but the twists will be unexpected!

Yeehaw! Check out these titles set in Texas or with a Western vibe! Think small towns threatened by outlaws, cowboys herding cattle, and gunslingers facing off against sheriffs. Come for the action-packed adventures, stay for the good triumphs over evil ending! There are even a few cowboy-themed romances in there for the romance lovers!
