I am truly honored to be apart of Cathy and Wendy’s family trip back to the Hill to spend time with family and friends as they celebrate their beloved Mother who passed. We immediately connected! From Hawaii and California Aloha! Thank you to my friend Elynn for connecting us! We experienced a memorable 3 day yoga journey!

I am teaching an Silver Sneakers online zoom express 30 Min. chair yoga class tomorrow 4/11 at 12:00pm
You do not have to be a silver sneaker member to take the class....
My classes are for everyone who like to take yoga without having to get onto a mat. Grab an armless chair and strap(robe tie or belt)
Non Silver Sneakers members first class only $5.

Yogi spotlight! Todays Yoga for Parkinson’s class was magical! It’s about the journey not the destination and today Dave Krepow shared his journey with us. Since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s he hasn’t be able to play his guitar (also a guitar which holds a lot of history) but with practice, guidance from a professional we had live music during class. Larry and Don flowed. Please take 2 minutes to watch the video. I’m so proud of Dave’s determination and dedication!
