Hey it’s me! I will not be at 2nd Sundays Williamsburg - Art & Music Festivals tomorrow because we welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world yesterday!

Great time at 2nd Sundays Williamsburg - Art & Music Festivals Yesterday! Met a lot odd awesome people and sold some stuff!

Taking September off baby Epps to join the team, but we will be back in October!

Moving into a new home always comes with new challenges! We moved to the beach! We’re right down the street from the water now & we love it!

I had to run 60 amps & 240v for this new shop because there was only 15amps 😵‍💫

But… to not get side tracked… this home has laminate countertops & we were accustomed to having granite. It’s so hard to not set warm/hot pans down because we got so used to not having any worries!

I know this is a lot to follow… hold tight!

I came up with design because almost every night we’re watching the sunset at the beach now and I wanted this to be art in our kitchen as well🥰🌊

Hey guys! I haven’t spoken much about it, but I recently had the opportunity to work with Nauticus on a project using the original Teak deck plates of the USS Wisconsin to make coins and plaques for its 80th Birthday coming up!
It was an incredible opportunity and they made a short YouTube video about the process. I haven’t watched it yet, but I’m sure I’m pretty awkward, so take it easy on me 😅

Current state of the shop 🛠️🪚
Might not look like much, but this is clean. And this is also my true escape. When I get to work in my craft, I feel at peace.. (most of the time)
It’s hard to find something that takes you away from reality and where you just lose track of time that doesn’t involve having your nose buried in a screen. For me, this is that place. And I love it.
It may not pay the bills, but I feel that that is why I love it so much. I don’t have to rely on it to keep my head above water, which makes it enjoyable. Not a day goes by where I don’t think about how I can make something that I see. Or how I can create something new that can make someone else’s life easier or better.

I guess what I’m trying to say is.. find what that is for yourself and never let it go. Never let anyone push you away from something you’re passionate about. Run with it. No matter how much blood sweat and tears you dump into it.
