Last week, we explored Rahu, the North Node of the Moon in Vedic astrology, and how it pulls us toward our karmic lessons and growth. Rahu, with its intensity, teaches us to embrace transformation, even when it’s uncomfortable.
This week, the invitation is to deepen our exploration by introducing Rahu’s cosmic counterpart: Ketu, the South Node.
In Vedic astrology, Rahu and Ketu are two parts of a whole, representing opposing et complementary forces that guide us along our spiritual path. While Rahu symbolizes our future, our desires, and the lessons we are meant to pursue in this lifetime, Ketu holds the wisdom of our past, urging us toward detachment, spiritual surrender, and letting go of what no longer serves us.
Together, Rahu and Ketu represent the eternal dance between ambition and surrender. Where Rahu pushes us to reach higher, Ketu pulls us inward, inviting us to release attachments. Understanding their balance can help us reconcile our drive for worldly success with the need for spiritual peace.
Rahu, as I mentioned last week, drives our ambitions. It can feel intense and consuming at times, drawing us toward new experiences, material gains, and the fulfillment of desires. Rahu often represents what we are yet to master in this life - our karmic challenges.
Ketu, on the other hand, represents our past lives, the gifts, and lessons we’ve already integrated. It calls us to let go of earthly attachments and embrace inner contentment. Ketu’s energy can often feel more elusive, like a soft whisper reminding us that true peace doesn’t come from external success, but from within.
This dynamic can feel like an internal tug-of-war. Have you felt this? Almost as if on one hand, we yearn for success, recognition, and growth (Rahu). On the other, we sense the need for simplicity, peace, and letting go (Ketu).
Finding balance between these forces is part of our journey.
For example, Rahu might push us to chase a new career opportunity, a relationship, or material success, while Ketu gently asks, “Will this truly bring your fulfillment? What can you release that no longer aligns with your higher purpose?”
Working with both energies can help us understand when to embrace new challenges and when to surrender. It’s about harmonizing these cosmic nodes, knowing when to drive forward and when to lean back in trust.
Just as we explored Rahu with garnet last week, we can invite Ketu’s energy to guide us this week.
As stone often associated with Ketu is cat’s eye - known for its ability to clear the mind, strengthen intuition, and promote detachment from worldly distractions.
Even if you don’t have cat’s eye, you can still work with the energy of Katu. On the blog today, I'm sharing a practice you can try to balance Rahu's ambition with Ketu's surrender. Read it here! 👇🏻
https://www.alarahealing.com/blog-2/unmanic-monday-the-cosmic-dance-of-rahu-and-ketu
By weaving Rahu and Ketu's energies together, you can find a path of growth that feels aligned yet peaceful. Life is a balance of holding on and letting go, of striving and surrendering - and these cosmic nodes remind us that both are necessary for spiritual evolution.
As you move forward this week, embrace your ambitions while remembering that true fulfillment comes from not achieving, but from letting go.
Vedic astrology, an ancient system rooted in the wisdom of India, offers deep insights into our spiritual and karmic journey. It maps the influence of celestial bodies on our lives, helping us understand our purpose and the lessons we’re here to learn.
When I first started exploring Vedic astrology, I was drawn to Rahu, the North Node of the Moon. Rahu represents our karmic path, highlighting the challenges we face and the growth we must undergo. It is often linked to our deepest desires and the areas where we are called to evolve. Rahu’s energy pushes us out of our comfort zones, compelling us to confront and transform the shadows within us.
Although I’m not a Vedic astrology expert (and if you know a good one, I'd love to learn about them!), Rahu’s energy has been a powerful catalyst for transformation in my life. It has encouraged me to embrace discomfort and grow through it.
It’s been quite a journey—wild at times—so naturally, I am compelled to share!
As I stumbled upon it, or it upon me, and worked with Rahu’s influence, I felt drawn to garnet. I was continually nudged in subtle ways to this stone revered in Vedic traditions for its grounding and balancing properties. Garnet is said to anchor energy and bring stability, which has been incredibly helpful for me as I navigate my own path.
The way it physically came into my life felt synchronistic. I sensed Garnet was calling to me, though I hadn’t yet acquired a piece. One day, while visiting a beautiful shop, the woman tending to it looked at me and said, “I think this is for you.” To my delight, it was a garnet bracelet! I chuckled at the serendipity, and I’ve been wearing it ever since. I can truly say that I’ve felt more grounded and centered with it.
Now, I want to share some practices with you that can help deepen your connection with Rahu and harness the benefits of garnet. And remember, you don’t need a physical garnet stone for these prompts—a photo or even your intention to connect with its energy can be just as effective. Here are five ways to support this shift:
1. 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑮𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒕: Find a quiet space, and if possible, hold a garnet stone or use a photo of one. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Visualize the vibrant red hue of the garnet enveloping you, grounding and balancing any areas of your life that feel chaotic or out of sync.
2. 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒐𝒏 𝑹𝒂𝒉𝒖’𝒔 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆: If you are unsure what Rahu is for you, remember it often highlights areas in our lives where growth is needed. Take some time to reflect on current challenges or resistance you’re experiencing. Journal about these experiences and ask yourself, “What lessons is Rahu bringing to light? How can I embrace these lessons to grow?”
3. 𝑺𝒆𝒕 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑹𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍: Create a simple ritual to align with Rahu’s energy and the grounding properties of garnet. As you hold your garnet or look at its photo, set clear intentions for how you want to navigate your current challenges. State your intentions aloud, such as, “I welcome the growth that Rahu offers and embrace the stability and clarity provided by the energy of garnet.”
4. 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝑽𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔: Delve into the principles of Vedic astrology and discover how Rahu influences your specific life path. Gaining insights into our karmic journey can provide valuable guidance. If intrigued, consider consulting a Vedic astrologer to explore how Rahu's placement affects you personally.
5. 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒕: Reflect on a recent challenge or area of growth in your life. Write about how this experience might be connected to Rahu’s lessons. Ask yourself, “What can I learn from this situation, and how can garnet’s energy support me in this process?” Allow yourself to write freely and see what insights emerge.
By engaging with these practices, you open yourself to a deeper understanding of Rahu’s influence and the supportive energy of garnet. This exploration can help you navigate your path with greater clarity and balance.
Embrace this journey with curiosity and openness, knowing that each step brings you closer to aligning with your true self.
And if you're feeling out of sync or in need of grounding, garnet might be just what you need.
Sending garnet vibes and transformative energy,
Alara
I hope this message finds you in a state of peace and reflection. As we approach the celebration of Día de Mu***os (Day of the Dead) on November 1st and 2nd, I want to share a deeply personal and meaningful experience that has been on my heart—our eternal connection to loved ones, even after they’ve moved beyond their bodies.
When I saw this photo from the ceremony prep from my Bali retreat, I was immediately drawn to the gorgeous ray of light shining down. What you can’t see with the human eye in this photo, was the light was shining directly onto a picture of my dear friend and mentor, Keith, of Keith’s Cacao, which sat next to me as I led ceremony.
I was so taken aback by this powerful reminder that we are never truly alone! We are never separate from those we love, even when they’ve transitioned to the other side. This connection is always present and available if we choose to tune into it.
In my experience, believing that we are somehow separate from anyone or anything is a form of dissociation.
My truth is, we are always connected—part of a larger collective and web of energy that transcends time and space. The more I open myself to this reality, the closer I feel to my loved ones who have crossed. Recently, I even reunited with my mother from a past life—a profound and healing experience that deepened my understanding of connection.
Though Día de Mu***os is not widely celebrated where I live, I see it as an honorable nudge to honor and celebrate our loved ones on the other side. This is an incredible opportunity to step into the fullness of our ability to connect with all that is. We are eternal beings, and the love we share transcends any boundaries of time, space, or physical form. Knowing this brings me great comfort, and I hope it does for you too.
If you’ve been feeling the presence of someone who has passed or yearning for that connection, I invite you to take a moment today to pause and acknowledge it. As the Día de Mu***os celebration approaches, let’s remember our loved ones are never truly gone—they are always with us in spirit. In the quiet moments, in the light that unexpectedly shines through, they are there—reminding us that love never dies.
Here are five easy ways to join me in creating a collective energy to honor those who have shaped our lives.
1️⃣ Set an altar this weekend, adorned with photos, mementos, or anything that reminds you of your loved ones.
2️⃣ Light a candle in memory of those who have passed, allowing its flame to symbolize their enduring spirit.
3️⃣ Prepare your loved ones favorite meal or treat as an offering, sharing it with friends or family as a way to honor their memory.
4️⃣ Share stories about your loved ones with others—reminiscing and laughing together keeps their spirit alive.
5️⃣ Meditate or reflect in silence, inviting their energy into your space and connecting with them on a deeper level.
As we gather our intentions and energy, we can connect with their spirits and celebrate the love that continues to flow between us.
Sending love to you all as we embrace this beautiful truth together and honor the memories of those we cherish.
In remembrance,
Alara
With the holiday season around the corner, kicking off with Halloween next week, I am exploring all things lions, ghosts, and … vamps oh my!
We’ve all heard the term “energy vampire” - the idea that certain people or environments can drain our energy, leaving us feeling depleted. After coming off of retreat and many live events, I am pondering this.
Let’s pause for a moment and reflect as we move into a busy season: Is this really a supportive way to frame a situation?
The idea of labeling someone as an “energy vampire” can create an us-versus-them mentality. In truth, if we’re noticing energy drainers in our lives, it can be because there’s something in ourselves that’s reflecting or mirroring that dynamic. So rather than thinking about “protecting” ourselves from someone or something, what if we shifted our perspective toward maintaining high vibes and energetic clarity?
What if we could perceive that, when we’re in alignment, we don’t need protection?
It’s important to remember that when our own energy is aligned and vibrating at a high level, we don’t really need to “protect” ourselves in the traditional sense. Our aura naturally radiates strength, clarity, and light. When we’re fully grounded and operating from our authentic truth, we naturally set energetic boundaries without effort. Think of it as a force field of love, confidence, and inner peace that effortlessly shields you from lower vibrations.
Today’s invitation is to release the “Energy Vampire” mindset for this season, and just in time for Halloween!
Labeling someone as an “energy vampire” may imply that others have power over us, but the truth is, no one can deplete our energy unless we allow it. It’s often our own disconnection from our higher self or our own unaddressed patterns that create the sense of depletion. Instead of seeing the situation as someone else “taking” from us, we can use this as an invitation to notice what’s being reflected back to us. It can be helpful to reflect…
Am I in a state of imbalance?
Am I lacking self-care or not setting clear emotional boundaries?
This shift in perspective empowers us. It reminds us that we have control over our own energy and that we can take responsibility for it.
While raising our vibration is the key to maintaining energetic balance, there are still some practical tools that can support this process:
1️⃣ One of the simplest ways to stay in alignment is by grounding yourself daily. Take five minutes each morning to sit quietly, close your eyes, and visualize roots extending from your feet deep into the earth. Breathe slowly and deeply, feeling the energy of the earth rise up to nourish and stablize you.
2️⃣ Speak positive affirmations that reinforce your energy field. Some examples include: “My energy is pure and clear”, “I radiate light and love”, and “I honor and protect my own energy.” These affirmations help shift your focus from fear or defensiveness to confidence and peace.
3️⃣ While we don’t need protection, crystals like black tourmaline, hematite, or smoky quartz can be great allies for maintaining grounding and clarity, especially in environments that feel chaotic or overwhelming. Carrying or wearing healing stones serves as a gentle reminder to stay connected to your own energy.
4️⃣ Setting boundaries doesn’t have to be an act of resistance or defense. Instead, it can be a clear, loving act that honors both yourself and others. Practice saying “no” when you need to, and recognize that your time and energy are sacred. Honouring your limits allows you to give and receive from a place of fullness, rather than depletion.
5️⃣ When you start to feel drained, pause and reflect on where your energy might be leaking. Is there an unhealed wound or unresolved emotion within you that needs attention? Journal or meditate on this and see what comes up.
AND don’t forget as I mentioned earlier in the month, my favorite flower essence company, LotusWei, is having a 21% off sale this month with the code “Dragon”! If you want a tactile tool, check out their Luminous Chi for Energetic Reinforcement and Freedom to Thrive! If you’ve ever felt your energy being drained (especially from things like “energy vampires”), Luminous Chi is the essence to reach for. This has given me energetic reinforcement and a freedom to thrive even in challenging situations. I apply it over my body, take it internally, or use it in ritual. It helps support me to make physical contact with my space—setting energetic boundaries with ease and grace.

No matter what you do, intend for that higher vibe! By maintaining our own energetic clarity and alignment, we shift from a mindset of needing protection to one of empowerment. Instead of viewing the world as full of “energy vampires,” we can view it as a mirror, always showing us where we can heal, grow, and take responsibility for our own energy.
The next time you feel your energy wavering, rather than blaming the external, ask yourself: What within me needs tending?
When we keep our vibes high, our aura shines so brightly that nothing can dim our light. ✨
Happy Unmanic Monday! How are you feeling after the New Moon Solar Eclipse last week? There's been a shift in balance and relationships; the Divine Feminine is calling us to be more present and embodied. Are you feeling this? I’d love to hear how it's landing for you.
This is a truly transformative time, and it’s helpful to remember fundamental transformation comes through the gentle, nurturing energy of the Divine Feminine—allowing things to unfold rather than forcing them.
Have you ever heard the saying, “You can’t force a rose to bloom by hitting it with a hammer?” I heard it many times during my IIN training, and it resurfaces now and again as a reminder of the power of patience and nurturing. It feels especially relevant in this present season, as we focus on growth and balance.
In the spirit of this, I’m thrilled to share one of my favorite tools for fostering balance and gentle transformation: Flower Essences by Lotus Wei. These powerful plant-based remedies are a significant part of my personal regimen, I frequently recommend them to clients, and they also play a significant role in the retreats I lead.
Flower essences work with our body's energetic blueprint, gently supporting profound internal transformation. They help us blossom from within, aligning with that same gentle, yet powerful, energy of the Divine Feminine.
Having witnessed firsthand how people bloom when they integrate these essences, I’m over the moon to share them with you as a tool for your own growth. And there’s even better news: Lotus Wei is offering 21% off this month with the code “Dragon”! This will help you not only UnManic your Monday but UnManic your MONTH!
If you're feeling ready to embrace the power of gentle transformation, now is the perfect time to explore the magic of flower essences.
Let me share a little about some of my go-to essences and how they’ve worked wonders for me and those around me:
𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 & 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
One of my personal favorites is Awakened Perception, an essence that taps into the deep layers of past lives and karmic imprints. This essence helps us not only recall those past-life traumas but also to move through them, bringing all those fractured parts of ourselves back to wholeness. It’s like peeling away layers of old experiences to reveal our true, integrated self. This is a beautiful tool for anyone feeling stuck in old patterns or wanting to heal deep-rooted trauma.
𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞
Another favorite is Awakened Understanding, which supports us in moving from realization to elevation. Sometimes, we have these amazing breakthroughs and realize what needs to change, but the question is: How do we rise above it and see things clearly? This essence provides that clarity, helping you see the bigger picture and respond from a place of love and wisdom, rather than reacting from fear or confusion. It’s all about stepping into higher consciousness and clarity.
𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 & 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧
Unlock your body’s innate healing potential with Self Heal Elixir. This unique blend of flower essences resonates with your body’s vibration, fostering vitality, energy, and deeper self-awareness. Designed to illuminate the root causes of fatigue and imbalance, this elixir encourages self-nourishment and reinforces the importance of self-care. Experience a transformative journey toward wellness as you break free from old patterns and rediscover your natural rhythm. Reconnect with your body and embrace the power of healing from within.
𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 – 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝
For those of us with minds that are all over the place (hello, Geminis, I see you! 👀), Quiet Mind is a game-changer. This essence incorporates Bird of Paradise, a flower that helps calm mental chatter and ease insomnia. I love this one when my mind is racing, especially at night when I just can’t seem to quiet down. It helps me come back to a place of stillness, giving my mind the space it needs to rest and recover.
Flower essences help me connect with my soul on a deeper level and seed my soul within my personality and physical vessel. I feel into the essence as it works on my body, subtly and gently planting the seeds of transformation. LotusWei even has a quiz that you can take to discover which essences resonate most with your current energy, at the top left corner of their site. Based on the results, I like to prescribe myself a blend that aligns with what my soul needs at the time.
This October, with 21% off Lotus Wei flower essences, there’s no better time to invite this powerful, transformative energy tool into your life. Whether you're seeking to awaken past-life memories, quiet your mind, or heal from deep within, these essences offer gentle yet profound support for your journey.
Let’s take this opportunity to bloom like the roses we are—through the wisdom of nature, not by force, but by nurturing and trusting the process.
Sending you vibrant, blossoming energy this week.

Last week, the entrance into the eclipse portal sparked an invitation; to notice how symptoms can reveal past life patterns. For me, lately, I shared how that is showing up in sessions via mouth and throat issues.
If you are here, past lives may be a topic you hear of often. What about parallel lives?
Parallel lives, existing alongside our current experience, can also hold important lessons and healing opportunities—just like past lives do.
Parallel lives are like threads running alongside our current existence, potentially holding valuable lessons and opportunities for healing.
Imagine your soul is not only living this life but also simultaneously experiencing other realities, both past and future. This means that what you're feeling today could be intertwined with experiences from another timeline.
These parallel lives can bring forth unresolved energies and memories during powerful transitions, such as eclipses. It’s like catching glimpses of other timelines, which can feel disorienting, yet illuminating.
And also confusing!
So, how do we navigate, heal, and work with these parallel life experiences?
It begins with embracing love and presence. Instead of over-analyzing or resisting these memories, approach them with an open heart. Engage gently with the discomfort or memories, recognizing that profound shifts often occur simply through compassionate observation.
One tool I invite you into this week is writing. Since our arms and hands connect back to the throat area, it’s a perfect way to move discorded or stuck energy if you are one of the many experiencing symptoms there.
Here is a writing prompt for you to try:
Reflect on a recent memory or feeling that seemed unusually intense. Ask yourself, “Could this be connected to another parallel life or timeline?” Write freely about any insights or emotions that come up. How might these parallel experiences be influencing your current reality? Keep writing, and don’t stop no matter what comes out. Set your timer for 20 minutes, and when the timer goes off, keep going for another 10 minutes.
I find writing to be a powerful way to process the energy.
If you feel a strong emotional or physical reaction with this (or at any point when exploring this topic really) take a moment to ground yourself. Place your hand over your heart and take a few deep breaths. Visualize a bridge connecting your present self with these parallel timelines, offering love and understanding to any unresolved energies. This can help integrate and release what’s no longer needed, paving the way for healing and growth.
Remember, the key is to observe and embrace these experiences with compassion rather than getting entangled or judging them. Doing so creates space for healing across all dimensions of your existence.
Let’s honor these connections this Eclipse season and allow ourselves to move forward, lighter and more aligned.
Embrace this transformative time with curiosity, knowing that healing across time and space is a profound gift you give yourself.
May it be the gift that continues to give,
Alara
Last week, we entered a potent transition season: The Eclipse Portal.
As we move through this up-and-down energy, deep-seated patterns may begin to reveal themselves—if they aren’t already surfacing. This can show up as chaotic events, emotional conflicts, or what some might call the "Eclipse Hangover," which includes feeling tired, moody, or simply out of sorts.
We can also experience physical symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, and more subtle bodily discomforts.
I’ve noticed a lot of discord surfacing in sessions with clients, particularly around the mouth, throat, and digestive system.
These areas of our bodies often hold unprocessed emotions, past traumas, and karmic energy. The mouth and teeth are deeply connected to our energy system. They tie into our nervous system, digestion, and are connected to every organ in our body.
Have you noticed issues showing up in these areas lately? They seem to be especially loud right now. Parts of ourselves—our higher self, an inner child, or past-life self—are trying to get our attention.
I’m seeing a collective link between past lives and karmic patterns, particularly in the mouth and throat, ready to be healed and integrated.
There’s no better time than eclipse season to let these energies surface through gentle listening.
If this causes any discomfort, know there’s no need to dive deeply into the stories of your past lives or karmic history. Simply allowing the energy to move through your physical symptoms is often enough. Analyzing too much can sometimes stall the healing process.
Healing can come from simply being present with what arises without judgment. Let your symptoms guide you into awareness and trust that the energy will move and flow as needed.
This process might bring realizations or invite you to relinquish what no longer serves you. Feel into your body and allow this energy to shift with ease.
Here’s a simple exercise to keep handy during this season:
1️⃣ Take a few deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment. Feel your feet on the ground and notice any tension, especially around the mouth or throat.
2️⃣ Ask yourself, “What does this tension or symptom want to tell me?” Listen without judgment. Don’t rush for an answer—just allow the sensations to speak.
3️⃣ Place your hand on your heart and say, “I am ready to release what no longer serves me.” Stay with this intention for a few minutes, allowing any shifts or emotions to come forward.
4️⃣ Breathe deeply and visualize the energy moving through and out of your body. As it releases, imagine yourself becoming lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
This eclipse season is about transitions and releasing what we've carried for too long. Allow yourself to be present with the process, trusting that immense healing can come through simple, gentle awareness.
I’ve been reflecting on last week’s focus on the Root Chakra—our foundation for security, stability, and grounding. How has it been sitting with you? Did anything stand out or shift in your awareness?
This focus on grounding feels so aligned with something I’ve been feeling called to share with you.
I’ve mentioned over the past few weeks, from September 26th to 29th, I’ll be gathering with heart-centered healers and medical professionals for the Subtle Science Consortium. This will be a vortex of energy, bridging worlds and channeling Divine wisdom.
Today, I’m eager to finally share some special deets!
You may have noticed I have not yet revealed the full location of the event. The angels were still working a few details behind the scenes, and I was letting Spirit lead the way!
Now, I’m delighted to share we’ll be gathering at a property my husband and I recently purchased in Sedona, Arizona! It’s an impeccable setting for the kind of deep healing and transformational work we’ll be doing together.
As we’ve been exploring the root chakra, and focused on grounding ourselves energetically, this property represents a physical manifestation of what is possible. It’s a place where we can come together and truly get to the root of the challenges we’re facing—both individually and collectively.
I know I don’t have to share the many ways Sedona’s unique depth make it a natural continuation of the grounding work we’ve been speaking to. The landscape, with its powerful red rocks and expansive skies, holds space for profound transformation. I couldn’t think of a better place for the Consortium to take place.
This space isn’t just a venue—it’s a sacred gathering place where we’ll be able to share, learn, and heal in a deeply intentional way. The Consortium will give us the opportunity to dive into the kinds of issues that often get overlooked, and find healing at the root level. I do feel this home was calling to us. From the way we found the space, to the Feng Shui layout, the energy of the land, right down to the numerology.
And, believe it or not, the numerology of this home affirms that this space is meant for something quite unique!
*Que today’s invitation … numerology!
Have you ever explored the numerology of your own home?
It’s fascinating and can reveal layers of insight. The number of our new space is 1110, and while that equals a 3 in numerology (1+1+1+0), the “111” in the address also spoke to me; a perfect representation of eastern, western, and Spirit coming together. Three is the number of mother / father / child, the holy trinity, and creation energy. Also the perfect number communication and community, all of which will be central to our time together.
If you feel called to join us, there’s still space available! You can learn more here: https://www.alarahealing.com/subtle-science
In the meantime, here’s a little something to help you explore the numerology of your own home (just take your house number or apartment/condo number and add them to a single digit):

6: Nurturing, love, responsibility, and family
Possible Challenge: Overwhelm from caretaking or neglecting self-care. Prioritize nurturing yourself as well as others.
