Wish I had better pictures of this elk, but I only remembered t to take photos as he was headed out the door. A beautiful Wyoming bull with a cool chip in his nose from what I'm sure was some intense sparring during the rut.
Another beauty that went home.
Velvet beauty! Love how this skull turned out. I wish I had better pictures to do it justice. (I always forget to take pictures until the last minute). Also want to appreciate a customer who was so patient with the long processing time for this animal and challenges encountered with our move to the new shop. 🙏 For those of you still waiting, your skulls are rolling out quickly!
Been a while since I posted some finished skulls. Here's a beautiful elk that went home recently. He was COVERED in ash from rubbing on burned trees.
Hello Wyoming Skullworks clients! We are moved into the new place, and while we're still finishing getting the new shop set up, I have skulls rolling out the door again. I'm reaching out to everyone one by one as skulls are finished up to set up pickup appointments.
I'm sorry to everyone who experienced delays in receiving their skull - the process of selling the old place, buying the new place, and getting moved over the holidays took MUCH longer than we expected. I am discounting any skulls that were affected by this to account for the delay. Please expect to hear from me soon, and happy new year!
Warner mule deer. A classic 4x4.
Beautiful whitetail buck that went home to the Walter family today. He had a unique malformation, was missing two teeth on one side. They didn't fall out or rot out - he was born without a socket in the jaw bone for those teeth!
Hello Wyoming Skullworks customers! In preparation for our upcoming move to a new location, we will NOT be accepting any additional skulls for the foreseeable future. I apologize that this coincides so perfectly with hunting season. No worries to existing customers, we are continuing to work on the skulls we do have, just trying to keep things manageable for the upcoming move. We will provide an update once this changes. Thank you for your understanding.
Stevie Knox - Wyoming bull elk.
Beautiful large bobcat skull - so many little teeth to keep track of!
Klassen antelope. A beautiful big buck with some unique cutters!
Talk about an incredible transformation 😍 This is a skull a customer brought in after they had buried it for some time. Although burying skulls *can* work to clean the flesh off, in this case the environment wasn't right and it left the skull with flesh still on and horribly stained. Many long months of work on it and I was able to get it to this point.
Whitetail are probably my favorite skulls to work on. I find the bone structure to be so elegant. This Nebraska whitetail is nothing to be shy about!
Beautiful mule deer with drop tine that went home today.
A boy's first mule deer, ready to hang on his wall.
Wyoming archery whitetail taken by . The beetles did good work on this one. That white bone is going to ✨glow✨ on the wall.
A pair of Wyoming skulls went home to their owner today. This heavy dark-horned muley is one of my favorites! 😍
Another Wyoming pronghorn went home today. Awesome goat!
A gorgeous dark horned mule deer is headed out the door soon. I have a special appreciation for dark horned bucks. They just look SO GOOD as euros.
A beaut of a Nebraska whitetail finished up today.
Another deer out the door today.
Wyoming pronghorn.
Finishing up a Wyoming antelope while sitting in front of the fire. 🔥 Not a bad evening.
A beautiful speed goat going home today.
Montana mule deer finished up. Pleased to have been trusted with the euro for a youth hunter's first buck. Beetle cleaned, degreased, and whitened.
Have lots of skulls heading out the door in the next few days!
Finished pronghorn headed out the door today. Nothing beats that beetle-cleaned look!
Large paddlefish in a custom black shadow box. Got this finished up and out the door just in time for it to be gifted to someone this morning. Merry Christmas!
Stacks and stacks of antelope coming out of the beetles!
