Renovation of the First Deck: Before and After

Plumbing and electrical going in nicely, as well as the windows. This kitchen is starting to take shape.

This kitchen addition is framed. The roofers are now laying the decorative membrane on the roof for the deck. Plumbing and electrical starting tomorrow.

We have installed the structural beam between the first and second floors. We will be removing the first floor exterior wall for this kitchen addition. We built temporary walls on the first floor and basement to support the weight of the second floor while installing beam and joist hangers to second floor. This allows us to leave the existing wall and insulation up until the addition is complete.

We would like to thank A1 Super Signs Inc. here in Cheyenne for doing a great job on our truck decals. We highly recommend them.
