With changing times and pending changing American tax codes, comes the need to adjust and re-position. The decision has been made to dissolve the business entity known as Butte Realty Investments LLC, to pave the way for an entity which allows for greater diversity. This month, the mailing address in Cheyenne, Wyoming will be shutting down, but the corporate office (Lawyers) in Sheridan, Wyoming will remain in place until early September 2025 at which time they will formerly close the records on Butte Realty Investments LLC. A Canadian post office box mailing address will appear on the website in the next few days.
