More testing.
We tried our Big Easy with garlic oil base and cajun seasoning instead of tomato sauce and 👌🏻 The flavors shine through and it’s delicious!
We tried a 🥓 bacon, pear, and bleu cheese finished with balsamic reduction. Garlic oil base.
That will be a keeper, but we NEED A NAME! Thoughts??
The Big Lebowski with tomato sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, fresh roasted red bell peppers. OMG! 🤤
And last but certainly not least our buffalo chicken pizza - 🍗 roasted chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, diced tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles, and scallions. Finished with ranch drizzle (not pictured). Richelle Dallas yum! Thinking about another name for this one too.

These were cooked in the home ooni, not the big oven.
“Dilly Dilly” - garlic oil base, dill pickle chips, finished w/ ranch
“Tuscan” - salami, tomato, red onion
“Stinger” - crushed red pepper, pepperoni, hot Italian sausage, hot honey
“Big Lebowski” - pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, finished w/ roasted red bell pepper sauce
