Bashir's littermate, Charming, showed at the High Plains Kennel Club show this weekend as well!

He got first of his class, Best Variety and took Reserve behind his brother at both the morning show and afternoon show!

This was his first show since he left his breeder so he was a little out of practice, but still did pretty good!

We cannot express how proud we are of this girl and her dog!

Today was amazing for them both!
Rowan got 1st with competition for Novice Senior, and then they both took Best of Breed twice today over his littermate, they then proceeded to get Group 4 in the Herding Group, beating 3 other beautiful dogs! 🥳
Rowan is very proud to have finished her first dog today and we could not be more proud of her! 🥰

She also got to experience showing a German Shepherd Dog and two Shetland Sheepdogs which she enjoyed! Thank you to their breeders for giving her such a good experience!

First Day at the High Plains Kennel Club show, Rowan and Bashir took first for Novice Senior, First of his class and Best male, and reserve.

Rowan had a lot of fun today and learned a lot from her amazing judges and loved being in the ring with a friend's gorgeous Collies!

Rowan also got to help our friend Golden Badger Kennels show their Dachshunds, Nala and Eisley and Eisley got a Bear of Breed and group 2 with her handling her! Needless to say she was very happy!

Looking forward to tomorrow's show!

Rowan and Bashir are working hard preparing for their upcoming shows in July!🥰
It's awesome seeing such passion for dogs in young kids and I truly believe that we should be encouraging them more! Juniors are the future after all! 🥰

Rowan and Bashir earned their second qualifying score in their Novice Fetch Test today! Unfortunately we discovered it and under the same judge that gave them their first QS😭😅 So sadly no title, but August they will for sure earn it! 🥳 Their constant training is still showing every show and trial they run! 🥰

Thank you Harmony Dog Sports for always running amazing trials for the dogs and especially for Juniors! Rowan loves you guys! 🥰

Rowan and Bashir had their first Fetch Test today and had an amazing time!

His first run was a NQ from soiling the ring, second run they got their first Q run🥳 They need one more to earn his FTN! We'll definitely be entering for next month to get that!

No pictures today but, Rowan and a friend ran Bashir in FastCat again today (I was busy today unfortunately) and he got two more qualifying scores today! 🥳
He earned 46.73 points today so he should soon have 458.03 points for his DCAT! (Need 500) 🤩🤯
With any luck his next two FastCat runs will earn his title!! 🥳🥳🥳🤩🤩

Bashir got two more qualifying runs in FastCat today with Harmony Dog Sports 🥳
He earned 45.35 points towards his DCAT.

We will need to double check his points as a run may have been missed, but he has two more runs tomorrow. This is definitely one of his favorite sports ever!

We were pretty ecstatic to see that a photographer had captured some good pictures of Rowan and Bashir at the Colorado Kennel Club show. That weekend was huge for her and she was very sad that we didn't get any great photos of her.

Thank you to the amazing photographer who captured these so she'll always have this fantastic memory of her first two big wins! 🥳🥰

We didn't do too many UKC shows last year so this was completely surprising to both of us but a really great surprise nonetheless! 🥳
