I did so well on the Antelope Dash last month, and I still had gas in the tank at the end, because I had some young girl drafting behind me that tried to get by me and I toasted her in a sprint at the end.
So, I feel like a half marathon is something within my reach and I think I'm going to do one at Terry Bison next weekend. Last one I did was pre pandemic.🔥
P.s. I'm glad I proof read this because spell check changed toasted to tasted and turned me into predator. Like Hannibal Lector doing a trail run.😆☠️🦄 Seriously though, our time on this plane of existence is finite. Tomorrow isn't guaranteed so do the things you have always wanted to do, and ignore the irritating voice in your head or out of the mouths of others that tells you you can't do it . Goalsl are something everyone should have regardless of age.
