For those that follow me and do not know. is the only large scale hardwood supplier in Cheyenne, WY. A retail Hardwood store. They are a family owned business that started in 1996 and has had 3 different family run owners. We are the 3rd family! They are the hardwood supplier that I got 95% of all my wood for all the jobs I have done over the past 3-4 years. It has been an idea of mine for about 3 years now to try and buy Rattlesnake Hardwoods when the owner was ready to retire, and that time happened to be now. I do not plan to change much about Rattlesnake Hardwoods outside of the selection of wood to buy from. I hope we can grow in size but outside of a few operating procedures not much will change. The biggest change that will happen is the name change. It will eventually turn to High Plains Hardwoods LLC but that will be some time down the road. This change is coming due to LLC operating reasons. All checks from here out will need to be made out to High Plains Hardwood.

If you are interested 99% of all my work will be transitioning to the IG and FB pages. This is why I have closed my books for the remainder of the year. Every joint is glued and doweled with either a dado joint or a Mortis and tenon! There isn’t a screw holding anything together except for Z-clips holding the top down for expansion and contraction.
