Today, I had an epic experience! I joined a squad of amazing people who usually hang out on weekends to clean up our city's hotspots like beaches, downtown, parks, and more.

They had an awesome idea to use our cleaning time to reflect on any bad habits or negative thoughts we had, and as we picked up the trash, we dumped those toxic vibes right into the garbage bag. It felt so liberating and meditative.

After our cleaning spree, we took our zen to the next level and had a yoga session. It was the perfect way to unwind and connect with ourselves and nature.
