Tonight we were the guest speaker at the monthly meeting at Oak Park End-of-Life/Compassion and Choices, led by our good friend Tiffany from We Too, Shall Pass. Man is the Oak Park Library beautiful!

Three nurses and two physicians in the group, all working hard to help Illinois pass Bill 3499 for Medically Assisted Departures.

Our director and Tiff particularly enjoyed post-meeting adult beverages and great convo with like-minded colleagues.

Yesterday’s family went out on our catamaran to scatter cremated remains. There was light rain in the beginning, but that revealed rainbows!

Our wonderful Captain was kind enough to play the Grateful Dead, per the family’s request.

This gentleman passed away three years ago, and the family is now finally able to release him. People do things when they are ready!
