Why you should never buy pre-cut fruits and vegetables?
The best way is buying whole fruits and vegetables and prepping them yourself. The downside of pre-cut fruits and veggies is you can easily get sick from bacteria like salmonella, E. coli or even listeria. Once contamination is inside a fruit or vegetable it doesn’t take too long for bacteria to grow.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup oats
• 1 cup milk (of your choice)
• 1 tbsp. almond butter
• 3 medjool dates
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• pinch of Himalayan salt
Directions:
• bring 1 cup of milk (of your choice) and a pinch of Himalayan salt to a boil in a small saucepan.
• stir in 1/2 cup oats, heat to medium, cook for 1 min.
• chop dates, add in the sauce pan, cook for 2 min.
• remove from the heat, add in 1 tbsp. almond butter and 1tsp. vanilla extract.
• Enjoy!

How I make my tuna salad?
1 can tuna in water, add 1tbsp chopped celery, 1/4 cup peas (optional), 1 tbsp, avocado mayo, salt and pepper.
