We started as a little group called Chicago Women in Big Data in 2016. Now we’re a 1,500+ member organization called TecHive!
We started because there is a lack of women in all technology fields, and the women in the fields aren’t fully represented in the leadership roles and on conference stages.
All genders and backgrounds want inclusive diversity in technology. From data science to sales to management, every industry and job is a “data” and “technology” job. And everyone wants more women involved.
