🛒 Ingredients:
For the T-Bone Steak:
2 T-bone steaks
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil for searing
For the Roasted Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Garlic powder (optional)
Paprika (optional)
For the Green Beans:
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Biscuits:
Store-bought biscuits or your favorite biscuit recipe
🔪 Instructions:
For the T-Bone Steak:
Preheat your grill or a cast-iron skillet over high heat.
Season the T-bone steaks generously with salt and black pepper.
Drizzle olive oil over the steaks to prevent sticking.
Sear the steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
For the Roasted Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and optional garlic powder and paprika for extra flavor.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through.
For the Green Beans:
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the trimmed green beans, season with salt and black pepper, and stir to coat.
Cover the skillet and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the green beans are tender-crisp. Stir occasionally.
For the Biscuits:
Follow the instructions on your store-bought biscuit package or prepare your favorite biscuit recipe.
Bake the biscuits according to the package or recipe instructions until they are golden brown and flaky.
To Serve:
Plate your T-Bone steaks alongside the roasted potatoes, green beans, and warm biscuits.

Cabbage soup is a classic comfort food known for its simplicity and nourishing qualities. It's a warm and hearty dish that's perfect for chilly days or whenever you need a wholesome meal.
🛒 Ingredients:
1 medium-sized cabbage, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
8 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil for sautéing

In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until they become fragrant and translucent.
Add the diced carrots and celery. Continue to sauté for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing it to wilt slightly.
Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juice. Stir well to combine.
Add the vegetable or chicken broth to the pot.

CREAM POTATO SOUP
INGREDIENTS
1 medium onion, diced.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced.
1 cup heavy cream.
4 cups chicken broth.
Pepper and salt, to taste.
2 tbsp butter.
Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional).
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onions then cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
Decrease the temperature and allow the soup to cook on low heat until the potatoes become soft, roughly taking between 15-20 minutes.
The soup should be taken off the heat and allowed to cool briefly.
Achieve a creamy and uniform soup consistency either by operating an immersion blender or transferring the soup to a standard blender.
Combine the blended soup and heavy cream by pouring the former back into the pot and mixing the latter in.
Heat the soup over low heat until it is warm, being mindful not to boil it
Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
