🗓️ TONIGHT! ⏰ 4:30 PM - 8 PM 🏢 Blue Demon Dining Hall Chef Zubair Mohajir was born in India and grew up in Qatar up until the age of 11. Then, his family immigrated to Chicago in 1997. Chef Zubair graduated from DePaul University in 2007. He originally worked in finance but then transferred over to marketing and while working with restaurants and chefs, he fell in love with kitchens! So he decided to go from a business owner to an entry-level cook at The Pump Room by Jean George and after 2 years became Sous Chef. He then transitioned to Thomas Keller's Bouchon in Yountville, Ca. Once he returned to Chicago, he set out on his new adventure, Wazwan! #DePaulDining

U.S. beef burger. The study concluded that The Beyond Burger uses 99% less water, 93% less land, generates 90% fewer Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHGE), and requires nearly 50% less energy than a beef burger.
