CUSA is collaborating with the Asian Policy Forum and many other RSOs on campus for a big Lunar New Year celebration on Monday, February 12 from 7-9 PM -House! Register and come for free food, games, and performances by Nexus, Wushu Club, Jade Ensemble, and professional lion dancers. We will also be running fun activities at booths with Tea Club, China & Beyond, VSA, and KGSA, so remember to stop by after the performances!

Hi! My name is Josette Huang and I'm the VP of Operations. I'm a third year from Honolulu, Hawaii, majoring in political science and business economics (although FA has made me seriously reconsider). Three hobbies of mine are: piano, art, and playing poker. My favorite Asian food is 年糕. Cool fact: I have two tattoos – one of coordinates of the places I consider home, and one that I am planning on getting removed. I am very excited to meet all of our CUSA members and for good food!

My name is Claire and I'm the external social chair of CUSA. I’m a first year non-premed biology major hoping to specialize in ecology. My hobbies include reading fantasy books, playing the violin, and playing board games. A fun fact about me is that I am double jointed in both my elbows and my fingers (I can bend my thumb backwards until it touches my wrist!). I’m most excited about meeting the CUSA board and working with everyone to plan fun events!

Warren, our new finance chair, is a 3rd year form Pleasanton, CA, double majoring in Econ and CS. Three of his hobbies include piano, basketball, and skateboarding, and his favorite Asian food is Xi’an noodles. A cool fact about Warren that he is basically a part-time student at Northwestern since he takes piano lessons there every week, and a boring fact is that he’s named after Warren Buffett (ironic since he is our finance chair!). He is looking forward to eating food at Chinatown and on the club’s dime!

We are looking for anyone who is willing to be a director or assistant director in the production of the show. This is a paid position where the director will receive $500 and assistant directors $250 each.
