Have a look at this new master suite, walk-in-closet, & laundry room addition we recently completed. It seamlessly extends in an L-shape from the existing home. Extra light and views were created with the carved out central porch:)

What a ‘Wow’ space to complement our double addition & extensive remodel in Prospect Heights.

We’ve done a lot of design, drawing, & renderings, but this sign hasn’t been in the ground for a couple years.(thanks Covid!-) Demo of half the roof, lumber delivery, and framing is underway for a new addition, exterior, & remodel!.. In the end, the project will have a warm modern design featuring zinc panels and vertical slot windows!..

Check out our latest renderings for another new home commission from the ground up!.. The client has a nice lot for us to start from scratch:) The design incorporates zinc panels that waterfall from some roof planes, as wall coverings.
