My father was incredibly talented. Shortly after graduating art school he launched, Alan Summers Studio. A commercial art commercial art business located in Chicago at 153 W. Ohio. My father changed our last name, which is another story to tall, for various reasons. Alan Summers Studio built a tremendous reputation earning five decades of longevity. Pl***oy magazine, Sesame Street, Marshall Fields, Montgomery, wards, Seats Robuck, to mention only a few. Here's to you Pops. I know you're with all of us every single day.

This was a dining room favorite. We renovated this home in 2022 and I always seem to go back to this... It was an inspiring one... :)
