Happy Father's Day to my Dad. To all you single dads or single acting Mother's or Father's who have raised a child on their own. This is your day!
To my dad, thank you for inspiring me, for loving the arts either in food, movies or music. I owe this you Dad thank you for everything you tried to do for me.
As you can see my dad passion has always been to sing and even if he far away in Mexico, his voice gets to me all the way from there. My father lost his leg two years ago, but till this day... I think he's stronger then ever before. And! I am proud of him for it.
Let's always remember, that no matter how much pain is involved with any of our parents... we still need to understand the damage we all go through. If it wasn't for my father crossing to the United States, I would have not been here by sharing my own struggles and stories with my art, baking and food. Dad! today is your day as it is to my mother who raised me as well when you couldn't be around. There is not a day, I would love to hold your hand and cook and sing with you. I can't wait for great things to come your way because we all deserve to be happy. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
