Age really is just a number!😆 Jim is 70 years old and lifting the most weight he ever has! He came to us wanting to get stronger to live a longer active lifestyle. He quickly realized how much better he felt after a strength session and was instantly hooked on getting stronger. At the beginning of the year we talked about up coming goals for the year. He mentioned that his previous PR was a 150lb trap bar deadlift and he wanted to get back to that.💪 After months of consistency and hard work Jim surpassed that and did 175lb trap bar deadlift for 4x reps. On to the next goal of 200lb by the end of the year!
