My work day begins! Lots of meetings today with our partners.

The first course of our 5-course wine-paired dinner was a local white fish wrapped in bok choy leaves and served with a lemongrass and ginger broth. Certainly my most memorable dining experience in Cape Town! Chef and hostess extraordinaire Julia Hatting creates her menu with local vineyards and purveyors of the freshest vegetables and fruits of the season. Sharing the evening with a table of guests from around the world is a recipe for world peace!
