🥒 On July 1 this past month, per the new CBA signed in December, Dill Pickle Food Co-op Workers’ Union members received the first of three $0.50 annual raises across the board. The agreement also includes, among other wins for our workers, improved paid time off and seniority benefits, 9 paid holidays, a new dispute resolution policy, and union participation in the hiring of managers. Together, the DPFCWU and the Dill Pickle management and board renewed a culture of cooperative economics and values. Our workers are leading the way, and the Logan Square and Avondale communities continue to help us thrive. Stop in to find out more about co-op membership. Or: join our team! Positions start at $16.80, increase to $17.30 after 90 days, with kitchen staff starting $2 higher at $18.80. All positions receive regular increases annually and with each anniversary of employment!
