As I do work for many customers throughout the New River Valley, it brings me joy to work for those that appreciate people in the trades. If you do your job the right way, communicate, and show respect customers/contractors will most likely call you back the next time they need you. There are times when you realize that the customer you are working for may actually be at the saddest and lowest point of their life. Maybe they just lost a spouse, a job, a child or just maybe feels unloved. A lot of times, they are just glad you are there just to have someone to talk to. Even if it’s an extra 20 or 30 mins, it could possibly be the only thing that brings that person comfort for that day. I may not have much to give at times, but, at least I hope that my time with them will bless them and get them through another day.

3 tankless gas heater cascade system for commercial building. Will be used to supply hot water for large kitchen with 2 commercial dishwashers, men and womens restroom, shower facility, and oversized water baptismal.

This is the result of someone not knowing their trade and installing the wrong fitting for a stubup for a cleanout. The drain cleaning company that came out blew a hole right through the bottom of the tee due to previous installation of the wrong type of fitting. Should have been a cleanout tee that goes both directions. Concrete slab had to be removed and the line dug up and replaced due to poor craftsmanship and somebody not knowing what they were doing. Please, let licensed plumbers and trade people do the work and installations or it could cost you in the long run.

Pro Press fittings make installing copper lines so much quicker than soldering fittings. Saves on labor time and makes for a nice clean job when completed. This is in a commercial building application.
