Before finding Casa de Milagros, Carmen's life was unmanageable, struggling with addiction and seeking a way out. Now, as a counselor for intake, Carmen pays it forward, offering hope and support to others just as she received when she needed it most. This National Public Health Week, Carmen's story reminds us of the power of recovery homes like Casa de Milagros in providing individuals with a path to healing and renewal.
