You asked for loaded fries, and we happily answered. Our sidewinder fries topped with house made queso, pork, BBQ sauce, scallions & pickled jalapeños - sounds like a good time.

🚨 PASTRAMI ALARM! 🚨 One of the many benefits to having a big ass smoker is that we can sneak some extra briskets in there that we brined & crusted cause it's always a good day for pastrami.
Shingled in between some seeded rye from the fam over and topped with swiss cheese & grain mustard, this bad boy leaves it all on the field. Limited quantities on Vine; not here for a long time, but definitely here for a good time.
Our kind of Olympic gold.
Been looking forward to this one! Take our staple Bee Sting sandwich and flip out the BBQ grippos for the Carolina Grippos and sub out our sting barbecue sauce for a Golden barbecue and call it a day. Feel free to swap brisket or a hot link instead of pulled pork but some decisions you have to make on your own.
Throwing it back to our pop-up days for one night only, and that night is tonight. A few of us will be slinging Italian Beefs at from 6pm until we sell out. Come see us and our pals at Binski's for cold beer & hot beefs.

We’re calling this one the Smokehouse Club. This baby consists of our Double smoked pit ham, smoked turkey breast and housemade bacon with arugula, a spicy mustard dijonaise, sweet chili marmalade, carmelized onions and Munster cheese. Yes we know it’s a mouthful but oh so appropriate.

It's not just your run of the mill burger, though. House-ground prime brisket blended with chuck really ties the room together, ya know?

And say hello to the Bee(f) & Cheese. Smoked brisket meatloaf, topped with our house red (barbecue sauce), cheddar cheese, pickles, and crispy fried onions. This sando is a good time, and we've got it till we don't.
Adding our smoked turkey (or any protein) to one of our salads is a pro move. This is a big salad Elaine Benes would fully approve. Your lunch options just got a hell of a lot tastier.
Derby Day is here, and we’ve got 2 handfuls for ya. The first is Pickle Rick - caramelized onions, pickles, cheddar cheese, bacon, horseradish cheddar Grippo's & our house-made pickle dip. It’s a mouthful but worth the mess. The second burger is the classic diner-style with American cheese, burger sauce, and the garden.
We grabbed a bit of mint if you’re feeling a little Julep-ish. We’re just here for good times, good food, and the fastest 2 minutes in sports. 🐎
You know that famous sandwich from the Golden Arches that only comes around so often that really isn't a rib sandwich? Well here’s our take on that.
We shredded some spare ribs, sauced 'em up, threw it on the flat top to char, sauced it again, slapped some pickles & onions on, and called it a day. I’m not feeling very clever today, so there is no “Mc” anything - we’re just calling it the Spare Tire. Bonus points if you can think of a funnier name.

Two quick facts for the day: (1) Cincinnati Reds are on at 1:10. (2) We’re serving up a classic cheeseburger today; house ground brisket/chuck patty, shrettuce, tomato, caramelized onion, American cheese, pickle, and what we’re calling “slap back sauce”.

It's Wingsday. Smoked wings & a cold beer is what you deserve today.
In barbecue, you have to be creative in the ways you utilize your scrap to maximize yield and keep waste down, and we’ve been very excited to bring a burger to the conversation. To kick off what we hope to be a weekly 🍔 feature, we’re calling this one “The Bailey."
This beaut consists of a house blend of prime brisket and chuck griddled on the flat top & finished w/ black pepper aioli, smoked cheddar cheese, fried onion straws, pickles, and our house red (BBQ sauce). We’ve got like 30 of them, so yeah.. you know the deal.
Running these puppies this weekend. Little different prep, but some serious meat candy nonetheless. Happy Friday!

A huge shout to , Home Court Tavern, and all the other local bars & restaurants in the area that work hard to bring something special to Cincinnati. I don't think anyone can argue that the more great local food & drink in the Queen City, the better.
