Rico's influence extends: he spearheads '17 Under Seventeen' youth awards with partners like The University of Cincinnati, FC Cincinnati, CVG, and Duke Energy. An active community connector, Rico advises startups, foundations, and serves on multiple non-profit boards. In 2022, he launched Cinema, a nostalgic bar & lounge, and Fundnoire, a $1.5M fund to empower black-owned businesses. Now in 2023, he unveils LoVe, his second bar & lounge on 4th Street.

On this month's episode of the Building Ideas podcast, we welcome guest Bill Connelly, Director of Operations (Retired), Cincinnati Bengals.
Over his 41-year career with the Bengals, Bill rose from Assistant Trainer to eventually becoming the Director of Operations for the team. He was described by the Bengals during his retirement celebration as the "Churchill of the Stadium" - doing any and all jobs to assure Bengals success, both on and off the field. After retiring from the Bengals in 2017, Bill assumed the role of Special Projects Manager for FC Cincinnati, successfully working with the startup Club to design and operate TQL Stadium and the Mercy Health Training Center - both heralded as the finest Soccer Stadium and Training Centers in North America.

It's time for the 26th Annual Canstruction! We love to participate in this competition by building a special sculpture with a theme chosen by our team. Our sculpture is based off a TV Show that first aired in 2016 and is about a family starring a little girl living in Australia who is a Blue Heeler puppy named Bluey!
All of the cans in our sculpture will be donated to the Freestore Foodbank!
