Today, we wanted to share you a dish that represents a big part of our marketing team's childhoods, kimbap! It's one of the most popular takeout foods in Korean cuisine and packs a lot of flavor in a convenient package.⁠

Here's a tip to make it even tastier: be generous with adding sesame oil to the rice! 😋⁠

Also, it doesn't hurt to serve with plenty of kimchi. Here, we actually included some of it in the roll. 😆👌

We have been opting more and more often for kimchi on our avocado toasts. ✌️ Even our vegan kimchi (white-label jar as pictured) adds a new world of bright flavor. ⁠

Note: the kimchi on the top toast was stir-fried. The kimchi on the bottom toast was served fresh from the jar. Both styles work great for this dish.⁠
