We had the pleasure of finally kicking off this backyard Oasis project with Chism Construction over the weekend which has been in the works for quite some time.
Their hospitality was second to none .
We have phase 2 and 3 aspects coming soon on this one and we are Super excited to see where the future lays with their team.

Decorative concrete custom overlay system over concrete and brick . First ever maintenance, light wash and reseal , this system was installed over 2 years ago. Endured at least a couple freeze thaw cycles and originally had 1 thin coat of acrylic sealer installed.
We put the 4 year old power washer on it for the light scrub , degrease and rinse and hit it with another coat of acrylic which since birth totals 2 coats. Good as new and Good for another round of Tennessee weather.
You wouldn't go to the dentist for work and not go back for check ups and preventive maintenance.

Going to seal it up with A clear coat tommorow but calling this one a wrap on the artwork.

Red tail Hawk on his perch, carved wooden faces, skulls and copper pouring down the tree.. . Pretty Wicked.
We have a really cool Patina Copper sign to install and this one will be a wrap.

Put together a little anniversary surprise #2 for one of our long time clients last week.
We made "Banjo" last year, this year we were able to turn the surprise the other direction.
Concrete veneer panels 8' x 8' stained and painted.

These folks have been extremely good to us over the years and we are grateful to have a continued relationship with them. Happy Anniversary !

Finally put this 4500 SF to bed yesterday.
Battled this one from start to finish.
Existing concrete had unforseen steel fibers, storm rolled thru driving humidity through the roof and blushed the primer causing undesirable obstacles to overcome, requiring remediation prior to metalic coat. First coat of metalics dropped and we were not entirely happy with it so decided to drop a second candy coat over the top.. which although hit the pocket ultimately allowed for a pretty top notch floor, urethane gloss topcoat ensured even more stress as the gloss sheen allows for any minor imperfections to be extremely visible.
Client is extremely happy and we are super proud and thankful for the Wicked affilates who fell in to bring this 4500 sf from concept through Completion, second phase projects coming soon.
They are not always easy but having the right people on the job who function at a level of high quality even while under pressure makes all the difference in the world.
Big shout out to all of our affilaited contractors but a special thanks to those who contributed to this project completion.
