🚨 People are letting rates deter them from purchasing this year, but this fact speaks VOLUMES!!! During 2021-2022 people were having to settle for a home, offer above asking, clearing out the savings they worked so hard to build, etc!!!

📢 This market is PERFECT for getting closing costs paid AND scoring the home you want!! My last couple buyers have gone to the closing table with $0 due.

Don’t sleep on this market y’all!! The best feeling has been saving my clients money and getting them the home they love!! 🥳🙌🏻🏡💗

When picking the right agent for you, why is it important to do your due diligence? This is a large transaction & there are a lot of moving parts! You’re going to want someone knowledgeable on your side whether you are buying or selling 💁🏻‍♀️

Make sure you are looking into your agent’s reputation, checking reviews, asking them the hard questions & when it comes to listings- looking at their previous ones. 🏡

I see it day to day on the MLS, thousands of dollars being thrown away because the photos are either cell phone photos or subpar. Believe it or not, photos have a big impact on selling your home!! 📸 Do your research!
