❤️ Are you interested in starting a running and fitness habit with your family?

🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃 VRC will be starting twice a week social runs next week. These runs are open to current team members as well as those interested in running during our Fall 2024 season.

🗺️ Runs will vary by location and distance.
🤩 BEGINNERS WELCOME. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
🚲 🧸 Bring younger children to bike, scooter, walk, or be pushed in strollers. All ages welcome.
😀 YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A RUNNER TO JOIN US! We can work on fitness as a group.
🚫 There is no charge for this aspect of the team.

XC Season ended with a fantastic showing at the HXN Homeschool National Championships last weekend.

No practice Thursday morning: heat index too high too early.

We are behind the brown wooden building at Weakley Park! Here until 10!

Practice in the morning will be 8:30am at Weakley Park.

Practice tomorrow will be 8:00am
at War Memorial Park
in Oak Grove.

If you are interested in trying out Cross Country you are invited to try a practice before you commit! I will post the practice location for tommorow later this evening. Join us!

We are beginning our practices this week!

This morning we will be at the Clarksville Greenway at Pollard Road for a practice from about 830 until 10 AM.

Please come out and join us so your athlete can try out a running practice and meet some of the other athletes. I will post workout locations and times the night before, for those of you who are not already registered with the team. I would love people to come out and try a practice.
