Skyline Youth League

REMINDER...This Saturday and next Saturday is the Rhonda Wilson Tournament. Squads star at 1pm. This is a youth-Adult doubles, no-tap (8 pin) tournament. Cost is $10 per person. There will be a bake sale, silent auction, raffle and much more. Skyline Lanes in Kraft Street. I hope to see everyone there!

Hey everyone I forgot to mention that next Saturday we will celebrate Halloween. Youth and adults can wear your costumes. If anyone would like to bring treats to share that would be awesome. I am excited to see all my little creatures and monsters!

Remember, today we help support our friends and community, Becky Lovett no tap tournament is at The Pinnacle "1pm. Get there early to be registered and ready to bowl. Also, remember, this is a youth-adult doubles tournament. Fun, exercise, and support...what more do we need? I hope to see many of you there.

Attention Skyline Youth Bowlers:
On October 9, 2016 there will be a no-tap Youth-Adult tournament at the Pinnacle at 1pm. This will be "The Becky Lovett Memorial", similar to "The Rhonda Wilson" tournament we do. I would greatly appreciate as many of us show up for this tournament as possible. Remember we are trying to help establish a stronger sense of a united community. Please let one of the league officers know by this Saturday if you will/can bowl. Thanks.

Hey, Clarksville! Its time to pack up the babies and grab the old ladies, we have dates set for "The Rhonda Wilson Memorial Bowling Tournament". The dates, this year, will be November 5th and 12th, at Skyline Lanes. It is my personal pledge that this year's tournament will be fantastic. We are hoping to use this time to not only honor a lady who meant so much to the bowling youth of this area but to also unite the community and make it special for our kids. That's what it is all about..the kids. There will be a silent auction, bake sale, 50/50 raffles and other follies to be announced. Save the dates and I will update with more information as often as possible. Remember, this is an adult/youth team no-tap tournament. Make it a full family event and come get your roll on!

Good morning, all my Skyline Youth, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc... It's that time again. Let's get ready to knock some pins down! Youth meeting this Saturday at 12pm. We will go over some general housekeeping information, get everyone registered and maybe bowl a few games. I am excited about this year and can't wait to get this started. I am suffering from a laughter induced hangover. The banquet last night was wonderful...the special surprise guest, Bill Clary, magician, DJ Tone Cricket, the kids and the food. But, those games...Skyline isn't just competitive in bowling, if musical chairs was a sport we would be the champions, both youth and adult. The Lip Sync Battle was pretty awesome. The highlights of that (close your eyes and imagine) were Samuel Cody Davis performing " Like a Prayer " by Madonna and Tanisha Small's soulful performance of Aretha Franklin's "Respect", both made me laugh so much I was crying. Thanks to everyone who made this year spectacular, congratulations to the youth bowlers for all your accomplishments and victories. I know we all are tired and need a break but I am all ready excited about next season. Go Skyline!

TOP 5 information: this is the email I received : The 12:00 PM Squad is full, your 8 & under and 9 -11 will need to bowl on 9:00 AM Squad.
You 12 - 14 and 15 & over groups have choice of 9:00 AM or 4:30 PM Squads.
Let me know soon as you can.

Happy Friday everyone! Just a few things...
1) There is NO bowling tomorrow, Saturday, April 30th. We will be back May 7th.
2) May 7th is also the deadline to have the Top 5 mailed in. The following people are who we have down as going to Top 5 (Top 5 is June 4 & 5): Mackinzie, Destini, Alexis, Aaliyah, Devon, Jeff, Josh, Michele, Seth, Michael, Donté and Brianna. I might have forgotten one other person; but for the most part, if your name is not listed above then we don't have you down as going. If you are 100% positive that you will be going to Top 5 and your name was not mentioned, please let me know ASAP! We MUST have your money ($25) no later than 6 May if you want to go to Top 5. Thank you to the majority of the people whom have already paid.
3) KIDS-Don't forget to send Lisa your ideas for the end of season shin dig.
