Starting June 19th, Abby Nesbitt, LPC-MHSP will be leading a Body Positivity Group for teenage girls!

This group will be virtual and will meet weekly on Mondays from 2-3PM. Interested and want more information, or ready to sign up? Email [email protected]!

As you start to make your Summer plans, consider joining us for one, or more, of our Summer Sessions!

Throughout the Summer, different therapists from our Mt. Juliet location will be leading group sessions on one of the topics listed above. Can't make it to all of them? Don't sweat it! These sessions, like our Coffee & Coping series, are open groups, meaning you can come to as many as you'd like!

Middle school can be a hard time for both kids and parents. We created this group to provide a space for your child to learn new skills and process some of the anxiety and depression symptoms that can arise during middle school. This group begins on Thursdays this summer! Email [email protected] to register your child.

Join us this Saturday for our last Coffee and Coping group of the spring! This week we are opening up this session to teenagers who may want to join with their parents! Email [email protected] to register.

We are so excited about the second cycle of our parenting group beginning in ONE week, and we would love to have you join us. If interested, email [email protected].

We are hosting week 2 of stress management in our Coffee and Coping group this Saturday April 8th! If you would like to join us from 9:00 AM- 10:00 AM e-mail [email protected] today!
