This was an eventful week for us! Unclogging/replacing 4 kitchen sink drains! Unclogging 1 sewer main, repiping water lines under one house, & repiping drains under another, 3 water heater jobs, & trimming out a new construction house! In addition to that have set appointments for unclogging vents on one house, & replacing toilets on another. We simply could not operate without the support from our wonderful contractors, & awesome customers! Not a day goes by that we aren’t thankful for y’all! Slab (below concrete), rough in (above slab), & final (upon completion). We pride ourselves on getting the green sticker the first time, every time!

Today’s work, the frigid temperatures don’t hold up progress!

Big transformation for this building located on 10th street! We did a full work up on this job, from cutting up concrete, redoing the slab, doing above slab rough in on the water lines. Finally got to set the shampoo chairs today! Another job in the books! Call us for any of your plumbing needs!

PSA: It can be to your benefit to get a second opinion! The previous plumber installed the faucet, & it only worked on the hot side. Told the customer that the faucet was defective! I pulled the cartridge out removed the debris & had it working fine in less than 10 minutes. There is a difference between the guy who can do it cheaper, & an experienced plumber.

A little change from a delta valve with push button diverter to the delta multi choice.

A friendly reminder, with the first frost of the year happening today, unhook all the hoses on your house! If you leave a hose hooked up to your hydrant it won’t allow it to drain the excess water, & it could freeze & burst!

Step 3 pressure test
Step 4 add backflow
Step 5 backfill
