We are a AAA contracted towing and roadside service company, looking for a dispatcher that knows the greater cleveland area to assist the automated dispatch system in making sure the calls are distributed in an effective and efficient manner. Qualified candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check. Some customer service skills required, some dispatch skills preferred. Training provided. The schedule is Friday, Monday 1PM-1PM and Saturday and Sunday 12PM-10-PM. Compensation includes $15 per hour, paid time off, company matched retirement plan and a bonus.
