As more disturbing details come to light, it has been reported that a 3rd district detective, is facing allegations involving her ex-boyfriend and other potential victims due to false statements she has made. The Civil Board was first contacted in 2023 regarding Mrs. Williams, and the case is still pending. Recent developments have revealed that two more individuals have come forward to the Civil Board with similar claims, prompting multiple reports on her conduct and involving supervisors in the investigation. One victim has alleged that the Cleveland police 3rd district is attempting to conceal the situation.

Information regarding Williams’ ex-partner and the father of her child has emerged, indicating that prior to becoming a detective, she made false police reports accusing him of domestic violence. It was later confirmed that Mrs. Williams was the aggressor in these incidents, using her knowledge of the law to manipulate the situation to his detriment. While the case is still under investigation, the family has validated the accuracy of these claims.

Court documents reveal that Detective Williams has filed charges against men for 1st and 2nd degree felonies, as well as unnecessarily pursuing maximum charges that ultimately led to dropped charges in court due to lack of evidence. Attorneys involved in the cases have noted instances of overzealous prosecution on the part of Williams, particularly in one case involving a victim.

Additionally, reports suggest that Detective Williams has engaged in coercive behavior with alleged female victims of domestic violence, pressuring & couching them over the phone to level charges against their abusers, including ex-boyfriends and fathers of their children.

An investigation is currently underway concerning a Cleveland female detective at the 3rd district Wannetta Williams for alleged misconduct and false information. According to the victim, Detective Wannetta Williams had repeatedly contacted him without properly identifying herself, harassed him and his mother, and attacked his character without proper evidence.

The victim later found out that the detective had submitted paperwork to the prosecutors' office charging him with 4 felonies in which was 2 1st degree felonies and 2 2nd degree felonies, claiming that she had contacted him multiple times without receiving a response to come in for an interview. However, the victim's attorney revealed that the detective had contacted him of an alleged crime which she had never contacted him about, She contacted him initially about a fight he was involved in and was found to be grounds of self defense after he was found to be the victim of the attack. The victim and his attorney now claim that this false accusation is retaliation for their past argument with the detective.

The detective went based upon what the alleged victim said & his roommate without any evidence linking him to the crime! It was later revealed that it was due to the argument the individual & the detective got into it about as more details was discovered

Wannetta Williams, who has reportedly experienced domestic violence and now identifies as LGBT, has been accused of making false statements and charging individuals with fabricated crimes. Allegedly due to her past negative experiences with men, she has been targeting men in domestic violence situations, attempting to rack up charges against them.
