I decided to make myself my own client and I’M GLAD!

Hold up wai⁣t a minute, y’all thought I was finished??

Sometimes We take self-care for granted.

Your training should mimic the activities you do on a daily basis.

Simply walking up and down stairs, and getting in and out of the car can cause pain and effect your overall posture if you don’t stimulate the muscles involved in supporting those movements.

For those of you who don’t know, and those of you who have been following me…

During the 1st game of last season, I suffered an injury that had me thinking I might be paralyzed!

The first and only thing I could I think of, as I laid there, was Ryan Shazier from the Pittsburgh Steelers and his struggles trying to learn to walk again.

Being injured as an athlete is nothing foreign but THIS WAS NEW…

To put it in perspective, the 2020 season got canceled THE DAY AFTER THE 1st GAME and I worked HARD all throughout the pandemic to stay ready and my body failed me… Come On Man!!

This was the first time I was unable to finish a football game due to injury.
Never have I ever had the ambulance called to the field for me, until now…

During those 8 weeks that I was unable to do any physical activity, I WAS DETERMINED TO GET BETTER
I couldn’t sit still, partly because of the pain but mainly because, I just can’t sit still lol

I was depressed and I didn’t even realize how fast it happened.

So, I BECAME MY OWN CLIENT AND I’M GLAD I DID!

12 weeks later and I FEEL GREAT!

That time helped me to refocus and I decided I’m ready to help you and others stay disciplined and reach your goals as well!
