Starting my day off with some Brain Boosting coffee! Tackling my to do list with ease. ☕️
I am so excited for this Spring & Summer! This time last year I could barely walk. I spent my summer limping around the pool and campground. My kids missed hiking as I just could not do it. More than 10 minutes in the car and I needed to pull over and get out to stretch and move a bit. I was uncomfortable, very uncomfortable almost all the time.
Fast forward to today!
I have been walking without a limp for over SIX months now! Zero discomfort sitting and sleeping where as it was unbearable before to try and relax. My hips and ankles are feeling great, no longer sore from compensating for my knee. I can walk, I can hike, I can run around and play with my kids!
I am so THANKFUL for this collagen matrix! My quality of life has skyrocketed!
….huge bonus of strong nails, healthy growing hair (my hairdresser is loving me!), youthful skin with less wrinkles than this time last year and no bags under my eyes!
