Not one, but 2 closings were completed today! Congratulations to my first time home buyer on her new townhome that we were able to finalize earlier… I wish her nothing but the best on her first home and I really appreciate being a part of the big day! We were even able to save an extra 8k more for her as well after acceptance, even in this busy market, to help with closing and furnishing her new place 🙂 Right after that I finalized another investment home… helping out the sellers of this family home that was with them since it was built. This is gonna be night and day complete upgrade, that will be ready in about a month 🤞 for anyone looking for a 3BR /2Bath in a cul de sac backing up to a beautiful park!
