👉🏻 What do I need?
•You’ll need to order the cleanse from Shaklee. It consists of pre-portioned packets of supplements you’ll take twice daily. Otherwise, you’ll need an abundance or fruit and veggies to consume during the day. You will receive a shopping list and recipes to use (if you’d like).
👉🏻 How does the cleanse work?
•You will be added to a FB page (if you would like to be) for support, community, accountability, tips, hacks, recipes and questions.
👉🏻Can you have coffee?
•You can do whatever you want, but some people abstain from coffee all week and some people choose to have one black coffee in the morning. You do you!
👉🏻Can I have my protein smoothie in the morning?
•This particular cleanse is designed to give your liver and digestive system a rest and reset. Protein is hard on the liver and while it’s vital for our survival over time, taking one week to eat no protein gives our liver and gut a rest and is actually a good practice periodically. You CAN have your daily collagen, however.
👉🏻What if I can’t start on the same day as everyone else?
•That is totally fine! The FB group will remain active so you can start and stop any day you want. I’m actually starting this Friday, September 6th.
