Hops are harvested only once a year, leading to a very short window to utilize them mere hours adapted they were picked. We were lucky enough to score Centennial hops from Crosby Hops in Oregon’s Willamette Valley less than a day after they were harvested, and put them to work immediately! Doesn’t get much fresher than this! Duck, Duck, Juice! Is very much a west coast IPA- citrusy and fruity with notes of grapefruit and passion fruit.
