It's been a year and five months since I started this journey! I've done 5 programs and they've all challenged me to my core, I've been drenched in sweat as well as cried but at the end of the day it's all worth it. I have a better mindset, feel healthy and have the confidence I've never had. This is my best life right now, this moment. This is what gets me through the day, this is what keeps me pushing forward. I still have a lot to do but my kids are worth it!
