Adopt A Grandparent Foundation

TOMORROW WE COMMENCE PACKING THE CHEER BAGS FOR THE ADOPT A GRANDPARENT!!Here is just some of the things we have to put in each bag.
Blankets,socks, toothbrush,body wash, candy,snacks stuff toys, books combs brushes ,pens,circle word books , ethnic hair products ,AND SOOO MUCH MORE!! I am So excited,and my heart is filled with so much gratitude for those that donated items,money,or participated in the auction. We raised $140.00 from the auction!

A very kind and generous couple who wish to remain anonymous, gave a VERY generous Monetary donation to The Adopt a Grandparent Foundation. It literally brought me to tears. You know who you are, Thank you,and your husband from the bottom of my heart.

THE AUCTION ENDED TONIGHT. I WILL BE NOTIFYING THE HIGHEST BIDDER . ALL Monies will be due December 10th ( unless other arrangements are made with me) our Santa deliver to the nursing home will be Sunday December 18th.

12/ 05/22 and all money is due before December 15th . Of the winning bidder backs out the item will go to the next highest bidder.

The Adopt a Grandparent " Giving Thanks " for Thanksgiving meal delivery is TODAY !!! I AM SO EXCITED AND BLESSED TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS. I would Love to send a special thank you to all of the Volunteers and people who helped make this possible.
We are giving 6-7 Families living in our community a Holiday meal with all the fixings.

Late note: we are still doing the Christmas program at a local Long term care facility. To date we have 29 Grandparents that we adopted for Christmas.

Today I received the Auction item from the Philadelphia Eagles. ( Waiting for items from the Flyers ) These Items will be auctioned off ( silent auction via PM)To Raise money for the Adopt a Grandparent Foundation.

WE WILL BE HOLDING A RAFFLE/ AUCTION IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE TO HELP RAISE MONEY TO SUPPORT OUR CHRISTMAS ADOPTION!( Our goal is to be able to adopt a few elderly in the community as well as in LTC FACILITIES this year.) Some of the AMAZING items that we will have

IT IS THAT TIME OF YEAR!! Adopt a Grandparent is starting to collect donations early this year ,in hopes that we can bless even MORE folks for the holidays!!! Last year AAGP blessed 89 residence in a LTC facility with BAGS of Holiday gifts. That is 89 SMILES, 89 HUGS!! 89 people that normally do not get even a card or a visitor for the holidays. 89 people that felt like someone cared and remembered them for Christmas 🎄.
